FOR TRANSLATION - How to configure system settings in Provet Cloud for Revenue Retriever

Because Provet Cloud is flexible and offers many ways of working, you need to restrict some settings in Provet Cloud, to ensure that your staff do not accidentally or intentionally circumvent Revenue Retriever’s checks.

These settings are specific to each department within Provet Cloud. If you have more than one department using Revenue Retriever, then you need to repeat these settings for each of them.

Log in to Provet Cloud as an administrator and go to Settings. You can find these settings under Department ( Clinica / Clínica / Enhet ) or using the settings search box.

All settings need to be deselected (checkboxes clear) except for the first:

1. 🗹 - Ativar "Pronto para a alta" a partir da página de consulta
2. ☐ - Permitir a finalização e o pagamento de faturas e vendas ao balcão
3. ☐ - Impedir a finalização de faturas sem artigos
4. ☐ - Permitir a consulta final sem fatura
5. ☐ - Permitir consultas simultâneas para um único paciente
6. ☐ - Ativar o estado de "Faturação"
