When new products or services are added to your product lists in Provet Cloud, they are not immediately available for Revenue Retriever to work with. To ensure that you have the full set of products and services in Revenue Retriever, please follow this process for importing them from Provet Cloud.
- Log in to the Revenue Retriever website.
- Within the top menu, click All Rules.
- Click the Update Products button, which is near the top right of any rule.
Alternatively, if you are in the process of adding a new rule, you can click the Update Products button within the rule editor.
Revenue Retriever will review your full product lists on the Provet Cloud servers and import any new products. While it is doing this the button will show a progress indicator.
Please wait for the process to complete before you try to add or edit Revenue Retriever rules. It may take several minutes, depending on how large your products lists are.
As soon as the import process is complete, all your products will be available to add to rules. There is no need to refresh the page or save anything.
