How to configure system settings in Provet Cloud for Revenue Retriever

Because Provet Cloud is flexible and offers many ways of working, you need to restrict some settings in Provet Cloud, to ensure that your staff do not accidentally or intentionally circumvent Revenue Retriever’s checks.

These settings are specific to each department within Provet Cloud. If you have more than one department using Revenue Retriever, then you need to repeat these settings for each of them.

Log in to Provet Cloud as an administrator and go to Settings. You can find these settings under Department or using the settings search box.

All settings need to be deselected (checkboxes clear) except for the first:

1. 🗹 - Enable "Ready for discharge" from the consultation page
2. ☐ - Enable single-step finalization and payment for invoices and counter sales
3. ☐ - Prevent finalization of invoices without items
4. ☐ - Allow ending consultation without an invoice
5. ☐ - Allow simultaneous consultations for a single patient
6. ☐ - Enable "Invoicing" status
