To allow Revenue Retriever to obtain data from your Provet Cloud system, and to enable real-time checking and correction of customer invoices, you need to add the Revenue Retriever integration to your Provet Cloud system.
For Revenue Retriever to operate properly, you also need to contact Provet Cloud and instruct them to enable Revenue Retriever at the back-end. Contact your Provet Cloud account representative to do this. If this cannot be done for any reason, it is essential that you contact the Revenue Retriever team to let us know.
To add the Revenue Retriever integration in Provet Cloud
- Log in to your Provet Cloud account as an administrator
- Click on your company name at the top left of the screen and select Settings
- Click on Integrations
- Under General - Integrations, click on Revenue Retriever
- The page will scroll down to the Revenue Retriever section.
- Click on the pencil button to edit the settings.
- Tick the checkbox ‘Enable Revenue Retriever integration’
- Click Save
Important: If you do not already have a Revenue Retriever account, which is configured with your Provet number, you must set that up now.
