Your Revenue Retriever account has a one-to-one relationship with your Provet Cloud account. If all the practices in your group use the same Provet Cloud account number, then you must only create one Revenue Retriever account.
Here's how to create your Revenue Retriever account:
- Go to the account signup page on the Revenue Retriever website.
- Complete the form, including the following information:
- Provet ID. If you aren't sure what this is, here's how to find your Provet ID number.
- Provet domain. This is the full domain and any subdomain that you use to access Provet Cloud in your browser. In many cases this will be just provetcloud.com, but if you are using a subdomain such as early.provetcloud.com then you must enter this in full.
- Import ALL Provet Invoices. If you would like Revenue Retriever to analyse your historic invoices, so you can understand where losses are occurring and benefit from Revenue Retriever’s suggested smart rules, tick this box. If you prefer to use Revenue Retriever only for real-time correction of new invoices, without any suggested rules or comparison with previous periods, then clear the checkbox.
- Language. Please select the language that you want the Revenue Retriever user interface to appear in, including its prompts and instructions within Provet.
- Company name. Make sure you enter this accurately, as it will appear in reports, logins, etc.
- Currency symbol. Enter the symbol of the currency which your organisation uses for financial reporting: $ € £ etc.
- Your name, email and password. Enter your details here. You can create other admin users later. Your Revenue Retriever login provides accesss to financial information and personal data so it is very important that you use a strong password.
- Click Submit
Before using your Revenue Retriever account you will need to complete the setup steps within Provet Cloud.
