If you have fully integrated Revenue Retriever with your Provet Cloud practice management system, it will check customer invoices for missing products and services in real time, while the consultation is still in progress.
Before the invoice is finalised, Revenue Retriever will show a list of all the items which it thinks may be missing from the bill. For each item, Revenue Retriever provides a brief explanation, prompting the vet to consider adding it.
These prompts are generated automatically by Revenue Retriever when it proposes new smart rules. They are accurate but not always as short or persuasive as you might like. For this reason, you can add your own prompts which use the most appropriate language and tone of voice for your organisation.
Changing the prompt for a rule
To change the prompt which is shown within Provet Cloud by a rule:
- Log in to the Revenue Retriever website and click on the All Rules button. The screen will open on the most recently added rule.
- Use the left and right arrow keys or the selectors at the bottom of the screen to move between the rules to find the one you want to edit.
- Click the Edit button at the top of the screen. The rule will open in editing view.
- Click on the Prompt Description field and enter the new text.
- Click the Save button at the top of the screen.
Tip: It can save time if you also edit the name for the rule. Read more about where the rule name is used.
Repeat this process for other rules where you want to change the prompt.
