Warning: Before editing a rule please consider carefully how this may affect analysis and reporting, and in particular comparisons with any previous figures generated by that rule.
To edit a rule:
- Log in to the Revenue Retriever website and click on the All Rules button. The screen will open on the most recently added rule.
- Use the left and right arrow keys or the selectors at the bottom of the screen to move between the rules to find the one you want to edit.
- Click the Edit button at the top of the screen. The rule will opened in editing view
What you can edit:
- Update the parameters for the rule, including its name, the prompt that vets see in Provet Cloud, etc.
Read about setting the parameters of the rule. - Modify or add the product(s) and/or service(s) that will trigger the rule, and those which it will check for and, if appropriate, add to the customer's bill.

Save and finish
- When you are done, click the Save button at the top of the screen.
